Sure, but I think the point is that legally, they're fairly well protected; it is not new to Lucid, and it's spelled out clearly in the manual, which anyone driving a car should be expected to read.I mean, for that example specifically, I would say there still needs to be some alert for it. People not experienced with EVs may very well crash due to the natural characteristics of the battery. There must be a way to make it subtle, although that probably takes a lot of time as you have to integrate it well AND figure out how to make it subtle.
That said, in 10-20 years this won't be true - kids won't know how to drive gas at all. Until then, I'd be fine with a little dash icon explained in the manual.
