If people can't get traction suing Tesla for the years and years that they've been promising FSD, including faking a video in 2018 showing it already working, this stuff is peanuts. Absolutely no way you can sue for any of these things.

Although I do expect, in a few years DDP owners might start threatening to sue in the same way. A little too early for those posts though

The tricky thing is defining the harm and the class of people the harm applies to. If the class is ‘people annoyed by empty threats of legal action’ the harm is being ‘annoyed by speech in a public square’. If the harm is ‘fear of a frivolous lawsuit’ then the class is the targets of the class actions, and you wouldn’t be in it.
