Are there any companies that offer tinting and wrapping from the factory?

Either way, a full front, ceramic coating and tint cost me around $6500
For the Bay Area, OCDetailing quoted me ~$3300 for XPel Stealth + ceramic on the front, and ~$9500 for the whole car. Still on the fence about which to do.

They're the most-mentioned shop but wow that's a lot of money. I had the front clip of a Maserati done years ago. Ten years later sold the car for 20% of what it cost new. For my own purposes decided that PPF was nice but not worth the expense, even though I live down the street from a gravel quarry.

It's definitely a chunk. I've not done a wrap on a car before, but also my last three have been leases. This'll be the first in a long time I intent to use for more than three years, so I'll probably do the front at the very least for general protection.

Deep Reflections is less expensive and they do an excellent job. Also more local for me.

I’ll check them out. Did they do your car? Would prefer to go to one with experience working on the Air.

They are doing my car now. Should be ready early this week. I'm willing to have a meet up and you can see the quality of the work.

I’d actually love to see it too. We can compare OCD and DR!

@Neuner89, Would it be possible to post pictures of the interior. I have a similar configuration(Tahoe,Red,19 inch wheels) and made my selections solely based on the Lucid's meta world .
Here you go

@GEWC, Did you get your Red GT ? Do not see any GT deliveries at Millbrae updated on the thread though the VIN assignment happened a month back .
Nope. I got an email from a different DA that it was about to ship 2 weeks ago and since then it has just been silence and then non-answers to my questions. The most I could pin them down to was that no, it would not be delivered within 2 weeks (this was last friday). I know from the studio that it is in their system as "scheduled for delivery", yet my DA hasn't told me anything beyond "final stages of production".

What about you? I see our specs and VIN date are the same.

Probably the “*some bolts that we want to ensure have the correct torque specifications" as mentioned in the delivery delay thread, Again, I wish that they would tell you more about what specifically is causing the delay. That is what I have been asking for.

Me too. I have tried to explain that I would rather have the truth, even if it isn't pretty, than the continuous flowery non-answers (I just got another one), because it is the non-answers that are incredibly frustrating. Even just knowing that it won't be delivered within 2 weeks makes it less frustrating because I am not wondering.

I don't understand this. They said what the problem was, how specific are we expecting Lucid to be here? "The bolts securing the batteries appear to be over-torqued by 15nm. We expect this to affect roughly 2% of the packs in the cars, but need to check all 18 packs to be sure."

If they said that they needed to check the bolt torque to me, I would find it sufficiently expalained.

Maybe if it was like a 4 day delay, but it seems others who have been told this have been delayed by 14+ days.

Well, getting to the bolts may be a major disassembly. Since the batteries are at the very bottom of the Lucid might they have to take the whole body off to inspect? I am no engineer but we have seen drawings/pictures of the whole subassembly.

Essentially, during production the whole skateboard is lifted up into the car body and secured. If they had to inspect the whole skateboard battery array...oof

They didn't tell me that. I would actually be very happy if they gave me that reason for the delay, as it would be actual information. The only info they have given me is that my car has not been shipped (2 weeks after telling me it was shipping shortly) and I should not expect delivery within the next 2 weeks (I was asking about that timeframe for a very specific reason). They have given no reason why, but did eventually answer my timeframe question.
