Yeah man, their service people are stellar also. Their Northeast service coordinator Markus has answered my texts at 9pm before (I told him to not respond until normal working hours, as I was only getting around to answering his previous text, and he responded anyway and said he was still working). He also called just to make sure I’d scheduled the recall visit and didn’t wait too long to get it checked out. It is very HARD to find any good employees for any job right now, especially ones who care about doing a good job, so while I can only comment on my personal experience, literally 100% of Lucid staff I’ve interacted with, from SA Jacques to DA Mariam to service coordinator Markus to service tech Emilio have been outstanding. Also with what other car company can you even text your service person???
