I had a round trip from Houston to Dallas last 4 days. I didn’t drive AGT, but took 320 miles range Rivian R1S. I had to move many boxes for family and this is my standard trip several times in a year. And I love they journey of trying something new. My next trip will be in AGT and will still try to visit as many new locations as possible and post on this thread.

I hope everyone can also post this thread too so we can know where are all the good and bad CCS DCFC stations are.

Fairfield - Sam’s restaurant

All high speed 350 SK Signet chargers. Reliable for R1S, but will try it in couple week with Lucid Air.

Centerville, TX - Behind Woody’s Smokehouse restayrany next to Tesla Super Chargers station, there is Rivian Adventure Network 6x 200kW DCFC charger. I’ve read on Facebook group other brands can charge there too free, I will there again in couple weeks with AirGT.

Dallas - Bishop Arts District - Blink Network
Level-2 destination charger.

First time I tried this. Plenty of restraints in the area, $0.39/kWh.

Richardson, Tx - 780 E Campbell are next to Chase bank

2x 100kW + 2x 350kW station

I didn’t get to use this station as both 350kW weee down, otherwise this is a very busy always full location.

I highly recommend people download EVGo app if they travel to cities other than home town. EVGo is everywhere and higher reputable in reliability than Electrified America. If you don’t have Level-2 at home bc of apartment, EVGo is your frequent DCFC destination.

There are not cheap, about $0.56/kWh.

Dallas - Near Addison Airport - Prestonwood Town Center - EVGo

Very busy location, 2x 100kW + 350kW with 2 shareable dispensers.

I’ve been watching this location for 3 days. ALWAYS BUSY! Great location in midst of good restaurants.

If you live in apartment or travel a lot, it’s better to get EVGo monthly membership, you make that membership back in just 1.5 charges.

Fort Worth, Tx - Tesla Super Charger Networu with Magic Dock, 16 stalls station.

I tried it for the first time. It uses Tesla app with credit card on file. Pretty seemless, but not 100% trouble free. For instance, 3D stall I couldn’t pull out Magic Dock converter, then switched to 1D stall, charging got discharged once I had to reinnitiate.

Quite an interesting sight to see Chevy Bolt, BMW iX, Subaru Solterra, MY, M3, MS and Rivian R1S all charging at same time.

Ennis, Tx - Electrify America outside of Super Walmart, 3x 350kW SK Signet + 1x ABB 150kW

This is by far my most favorite station and restroom stop before going into Dallas. I used this station a dozen+ time in past 16 months of AGT ownership, always work! always good juice output! I even got 306~336 here a few times in the past.

I’m traveling into TX tomorrow and spending the night in Ft. worth. How is the EA charging station in White Settlement?

dont go to madisonville al 4 stations didnt work for me 10 days ago, including one that the car was drawing too much power and would cause a driver fault error and stop charging after 1 minute, and i wasted an hour there and lucid told me avoid them and spring for my return trip. huntsville chargers at walmart were good, but only 4 in total and were full the entire time.

I actually never been to that one, never venture that west end of DFW.

The North of DFW, Denton station last year gave me some trouble when I was trying to go to Oklahoma.

Plenty of EVGo in DFW, in case that you need them as back up.

Dallas - 7Charge Network - 13635 Preston Rd

3x 90kW CCS + 1x 90kW CHAdeMo

Convenient location, $0.55/kWh. It is best to download 7Charge app for this or ApplePay on station will take $30 per charge, so you must sit thru to use up $30. Tis 7-Eleven station is huge, the convenient store even has restaurant inside.

For those of you in the northeast, last week I charged at the Tesla SC in Brewster NY (right off the intersection of 84 and 684) using the Magic Dock. The process was smoother than an EA adventure. There was a Porsche in one of the other spots. Given the location of the charging port, it is almost impossible not to take up 2 spots.

If your plug and charge is working, I find the EA experience more straightforward than magic dock.

Looks like your bumper may scratched the curb.

I remember there was a sign says, “Non-Tesla EV, please do not take up multiple spots to charge”, some sort of warning sign. 😆

I haven't been by the Lucid Studio for awhile but often park my AT in the parking garage that Lucid uses. When I picked up our AT last December, the studio staff said their chargers in the garage were not open to anyone and were reserved for new deliveries. When I picked up our car, they did offer to "top me off" but the charger required authorization from a studio staff person. Sounds like they've opened them up to Lucid owners, assuming there is space... Good news!

I was told it was not open to the public as well but that’s great news. do you know what speed it charges at?

I was also told not open to public but that I could use it if I went into the studio and asked if there was one free. I haven't ever tried though. @Tesla2.0 did the studio tell you what the procedure is to use these?

I’m was told earlier the same when I was in Dallas without my Air. But it was all filled up with no opening anyway.
