Someone posted on FB that they are picking up their Red GT from Millbrae on Sunday. So at least that one and apparently Orlando Bloom's will have been delivered before the earnings report call.
Check the mirrors, it looks like a Dream Edition with GT wheels.Did Orlando Bloom get a Grand Touring delivered in Beverly Hills today? The wheels look like an AGT, right? Daily Mail Article
Mirrors are different on Dreams?Check the mirrors, it looks like a Dream Edition with GT wheels.
Yes upper half is Aluminum, where it is body colored on the GTMirrors are different on Dreams?
I think that @GEWC was aked to pay before me, so that may be the first one. My car is in Scottsdale but I do not have a delivery date yet.You and Mark McGwire beat him to it!
And poor @Adnillien thought he'd be the first to get one. Celebrities win again...
I believe that they are all upper half aluminum based on photos taken by Bear’s Workshop. I’d be very disappointed if all the cars we saw with Grand Touring wheels were actually Dreams with Grand Touring wheels.Yes upper half is Aluminum, where it is body colored on the GT
Times must be tough and work slow for Orlando to slum it in a GTI believe that they are all upper half aluminum based on photos taken by Bear’s Workshop. I’d be very disappointed if all the cars we saw with Grand Touring wheels were actually Dreams with Grand Touring wheels.
I can find picture references in a moment when I’m on my computer.
The second picture is a Grand Touring, I know because I’m in the picture. LolView attachment 941

I was told the first pic is a Grand Touring, not confirmed the second pic.
I would think it would be the mirrors if they went from an originally full-color mirror to a half aluminum mirror.Maybe one of the fit and finish parts is the wheels?
Lucid configurator has DE/GT with silver upper half mirrors while the T/P have body colorYes upper half is Aluminum, where it is body colored on the GT
Good observation. On a similar subject but different product, I once toured the Ben and Jerry's factory in Waterbury, Vermont and they have just one production line. They set the equipment up for the day and fill the hoppers for one flavor each day. They run that favor all day. At the end of the day they tear it all down to clean the equipment. The next day they set it up to run another flavor. My guess is a similar production situation happens at Lucid. They are running one line and when it comes to the paint department they probably run one color for a full days, or multiple days. When they're ready to switch colors there's probably a cleaning and set up process that has to happen first before switching it over to another color Just a guess.Seeing as it’s all red AGT cars confirmed in November that are receiving VINs and seeing as the November batch is made up of people who have had reservations with Lucid the longest by far, I’m guessing that Lucid will run through the all the remaining colors and orders for the November batch before starting on the December orders. As red was the last color for DEs and the first for November AGTs, I wouldn’t be surprised if red is the last color fulfilled for December orders. Bummer for me but it seems like the fair thing to do. I reserved in October so haven’t been waiting nearly as long as many on this forum.
More likely it is how the sun is reflecting off the mirror causing a glare.I would think it would be the mirrors if they went from an originally full-color mirror to a half aluminum mirror.

Here are Grand Touring wheels next to a Dream wheel, it's very pixelated but it seems like the mirrors are both aluminum.
I'm not so sure about that: https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/2022-lucid-air-dream-edition-r-exclusive-first-drive-review/Yes upper half is Aluminum, where it is body colored on the GT

That looks like Miami?
4 months would put you in, what? May? Interesting because black and white seem to be the fastest out the door and the current batch for March (at the earliest) is the first three batches ahead of you.Reserved AGT 10/24/21, confirmed on 12/22/21, initial call with DA on 1/19/22.
AGT Infinite Black, Mohave Interior, 21" Wheels
DA indicated the usual 2-4 months from confirmation date but said expect closer to the 4 month window.
