A new member here, but have been following the forum for a bit.
I originally ordered a Pure for my wife last December, but ended up ordering two more for family members in May, all Pure, under the same account. I saw a few posts about Lucid dashboard changes asking to provide more details, even for the members with specs that do not match Derek J configuration.
I logged on today, but no changes for me yet, and frankly, I haven’t heard much from Lucid reps since ordering in December other than canned emails they have been sending out. I am not in a hurry but after reading a few member posts with activities, I am concerned if ordering multiple cars in one account might be causing an adverse effect or delay - for example, all three orders are in the queue as a group based on the last reservation date of May 22. I did reach out to a few contacts I had in the Bay Area studios including Valley Fair as well as Milbrae, asking if I should split the orders. Unfortunately, no one is responding. Not sure if I am supposed to do something on the ordering portal to move it along…
If any Bay Area members have contact info of a rep who is responsive, I would appreciate the info.
