LucidLogger

I found a chart using just kph. How should it divided? Every 5mph? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't see very often 220kph (138mph), so it would make sense to have more bars.

I would suggest blocks of 5mph up to 140mph. It would add 6 more bars, but I think it would make more sense.

LucidLogger with Abetterrouteplanner
Are you guys using Abetterrouteplanner for trip planning?
LucidLogger / Teslalogger can connect with Abetterrouteplanner and calibrate your consumption (different tires / wheels / air pressure / etc).
It also sends current SOC / speed etc... so the planing is very accurate.

Here is a quick tutorial how to connect abetterrouteplanner to LucidLogger:

Can you add teslalogger without the premium subscription? I only see this in my account:

Yes, works perfect without premium subscription. Just use "Generic". Im in contact with Bo (Founder) from Abetterrouteplanner and he promised me, it will be free forever.

Odd. None of my data from today has been pulled by LucidLogger. The containers are all active. I just restarted the service via telsalogger interface. Any ideas

Anything auspicious in logfile?

And check mothership dashboard if lucid api has been polled.

I think I figured it out. I put a sleep time on the app and I messed up the container TZ setting. I had to update it in the YAML file correctly to the right TZ. Now all my data is skewed, but I believe new data pulls will happen properly because it'll see the proper time.

So if I ever do an update, I will assume that the TZ will default back to the original Europe/Berlin timezone. Is there a way for the TZ to be set for each update permanently or will I need to proactively update this setting each time TelsaLogger is updated.

I can't remove dashboards that I don't care about (like all ScanMyTesla ones). Is that normal, or there is something wrong with my setup?

Provisored dashboards can't be changend nor deleted. I think you can define your favorite dashboards. I'll check the docs about dashboard tags. Maybe we can define some tags for tesla, lucid and some more (fleet api for newer teslas, scanmytesla users etc..)

Hi @bassmaster187 ! First off, thanks so much for putting this together! I've been playing with it a fair bit over the last week. Doing a little reverse engineering to get it work with my existing home lab set up. For example, I already have a grafana instance, and wanted to integrate this with my existing stack. That's been a bit of a challenge, but I have it mostly working. The only real problem I've run in to is that I'm using the latest version of Grafana, 12.0.1. This version does not support angular plugins, so the additional plugins you use don't work anymore. It'd be great if those can all be updated at some point - something I'm working on now. I've also noticed there seem to be several other dashboards that don't update to miles from kilometers, like the Odometer dashboard. Is that something you'll be updating?

But the main thing I wanted to ask about is that just today I ran an errand and for some reason the logger didn't pick up my first trip (from my house to my destination). It did however see the return trip back to my house. Looking at the logs, it seems like it never recognized the car being in a Drive state. I don't have Sleep set and have updated all the TZs to my timezone, so I don't think that's an issue. It did track the position of the car correctly, so if I map the data from the pos table, I see both legs of my trip. But the trip table doesn't have any data in it relating to my first part of the drive as mentioned above. Any idea what might cause this? I can send you the relevant section of the logs if that would help.

But again, thanks so much for putting this together! It's really great!

Because I update the dashboards regulary, it won't work. You will end up using my Grafana instance.

I didn't try it with the latest version, but I'm using many features and every Grafana version had some breaking bugs. And the timeline plugin is made by me and i put more than 3 weeks of work in it. To do it from scratch in React would take me weeks. Maybe I'll do it in winter, but for now I want to spend my time outside with my kids. Sorry.

I'll take a look

Please check the mothership dashboard and send me the logfile.
