Hey @borski - just checking to see if they are any API changes/improvements with the latest updates Lucid has been pushing. I saw the last update was June 15th. I don't have my Gravity yet, but I'm looking forward to clone my various HA automation tasks from Tesla/Teslamate once I get my Lucid account. Thanks!

If you used Teslamate before, you might check Lucidlogger / Teslalogger. You can import all data from Teslamate and continue using Teslalogger / Lucidlogger with your Gravity.

Lots of API changes. What specific things are you looking to do?

Depends on what's available

Right now, I just have basic stuff for opening the garage based on travel direction and distance, charge and tire rotation reminders, and software update notifications.. all of which looks to be covered based on the current API.

I'm interested in Halo and if we could remotely grab images. Would be kinda cool to build a home Lucid NVR, feed images in to my existing image processing pipeline for detects, etc.

Ah yeah, all that stuff’s there. The new Halo stuff is still in progress; I haven’t touched it in a while. Been busy.

My automations don't seem to be triggering as result, at least how they're currently written...

Mine does not seem to have a gap during that time period, but it does have gaps sometimes; it just depends on where the car is, if it has cell coverage, if the server is down, etc.

Strange... the connectivity or the API is super spotty, even just sitting at home on my WiFi connection which unfortunately makes it unusable for location based automation.

Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Trying something else, I installed TeslaLogger to see what the data looked like via MQTT. It also has gaps but not at the same times:

Blue line is TeslaLogger MQTT, yellow line is the HA Integration. Again this is at home while the Gravity is on wifi... puzzling

Got my Gravity yesterday, latest software is installed. Found this thread and since I'm crazy about HA I immediately installed this automation.
After starting it and entering my credentials the car showed up in Devices with 73 entities exposed.
The issue I see is that every minute all entities become unavailable and then refresh again, filling the log with cycles of "became unavailable" and then becoming available again.
Over the course of several hours there were a few periods when entities remained stable for 4 minutes at a time, for some reason, but the rest of the time it cycles every 1 minute.
I assume this is not normal, any advise how to troubleshoot?

What version software is on your Gravity?

I'm on 3.3.2 installed yesterday prior to installing HA integration.
Yes, looks like the same issue as yours, after few more hours of logging I can see longer stable periods just like in your screenshots, but still randomly breaks into "unavailable" cycles.
Checked my network to see if Gravity is dropping connections, no, stable WiFi connection the entire time.
However, I'm seeing all common software gremlins as others, such as intermittent keyfob issues, USB and wireless charging dropping, and just now as I'm typing I got "car battery low" alert despite being 80% charged.
What underlying data protocol is being used for this integration? Is it MQTT? Are there specific logs I can check to collect more information?

Keyfob has been addressed- did you take yours in for the update yet?
USB and wireless charging issues are likely due to a pinched cable in the console - have you notified service?

The Home Assistant integration uses python-lucidmotors. You can enable Debug logging for the Integration and check the standard HA logs.

Digging around I see this:

I reported my experience in the 3.3.2 software update thread. I would not call it "addressed" just yet as it bricked my car until Alt-Ctrl-Del reset. At this point HA integration is lower priority until I can confidently enter the car and put it in drive every time without fear of bricked software.

Thanks for that. I think Lucid may have finally started rate limiting the API to some extent. I'll have to mess with it and see if I can figure out what the rate limit is so we stop hitting it.
