I reserved in mid-December, and my DA has consistently said March to May. Kinda thinking May myself.

I agree with your outlook. I was given the same timeframe yet reserved Jan 5th. I have my eyes on end of may (my birthday) to mid June. Any sooner than that and I’ll be ecstatic.

Good to know, seeing as I think we're more or less in the same batch. When he said 2-4 month but expect 2nd half of April, he's really saying 4 months now, isn't he?

He did keep referencing my Jan 5th confirmation so May 5th would be 4 months. Anything in May and I will be thrilled. I do tax work so I am crazy busy until April 15th anyway. Really looking forward to this end of tax season present for myself.

I’m hoping that they are delivering the January batch in April. Im in the Nov. 30th one so it would put a bookend to the latest I should expect. The first batch is going to be 4+ months before delivery, so maybe they are Accelerating production if the 5th batch of confirmations is coming in under 4 months. It also means they should start confirming more orders which would be a good sign. Haven’t heard of any GTs past late November being confirmed or any early Tourings yet. A 2-4 month window from today would put deliveries in late-April to late June. Since the Turing deliveries were to start in Q2, I would expect confirmations soon.

I also confirmed in mid-December. At that time, my DA gave the standard line of 2-4 months. I talked to him awhile ago, and he was still sticking to that timeline.

I'm with you on the most likely delivery date. Probably May. In addition, the 2 part of the 2-4 months statement needs to be dropped by Lucid. Two months isn't happening for anyone. Lucid just invites ridicule with any implication, at this point, that customers could possibly get a newly-confirmed GT in 2 months.

Like @RichMallon I was contacted out of the blue today by my DA. I confirmed 30th Nov - and had high hopes (zenith red) but alas, no VIN yet.
my DA reassured me GTs were in production and they wanted to confirm my details were correct.

I would expect several VINs to be assigned by next Tuesday, with a 4-5 week delivery target.

Any thoughts as to why there has been such a long gap between the last batch of confirmations and now? It‘s coming up on two months. I reserved 11/29/21 so seem to have just missed the last batch. Actually not that concerned since we want to test drive and there is no test drive car at Tyson’s, where we are. Just curious.

Likely due to cars rolling slow off the line in my opinion. Had some fit and finish issues so even after they are off the line they sat around to get final pieces. As @Easyrider949 said, I think VINs will roll out next week, and maybe some more confirmations.

From my understanding, they have been doing a big batch of confirmation once a month. Someone reported to have confirmed a few weeks ago but no one else has.

Lucid must have seen this post. My DA just called to say the my car just left Casa Grande on its way to the Scottsdale Service center. No delivery date yet but hopefully soon.

Not one quantum grey has been confirmed to have a VIN that I know of. I think color is the biggest factor at the moment as some people have offered to pick their vehicles up in AZ and been told it doesn’t matter.

I think it is more by color, but my DA said "as for, 'color batches' I’m unaware of this effecting our vehicle production."

Not sure that Geography plays a huge part especially with the first DE (Dream Edition) model…that were delivered on both coasts right away and there didn’t seem to be any coast preference.

I had an SA and then a DA and then got transferred to an HA (Headquarters Advisor). She has been pretty good at contacting me weekly but still waiting for confirmation of shipment. She did tell me the car is "completed and will ship in the coming days" but that was a week ago.

Wow. So they haven't yet delivered my Dream Edition and you are getting your Grand Touring Model?? Please let me know when you take delivery.
