It's been a few weeks since you talked to your DA - you need to talk to him for an update. The timeline you were given is no longer valid. I'm a week behind you for confirmation and recently got an update:
VIN within 6 weeks. Leave the factory within 8 weeks after VIN assignment. That would put me at the end of September. He did use the word "within" which could mean those numbers are at the outer limits. With the recall and apparent factory shutdown due to alleged QA/QC issues, I think Lucid is taking serious action to address issues in the factory and it could be delaying things.

Maybe your DA meant to say VIN by July. Like I wrote above, I'm not expecting my VIN until the end of July and I'm a month ahead of you.
I've only heard crickets with my DA's line of communication, and I confirmed in December '21. I think @SDHacker expectations are closer to reality.

Just emailed him. I rechecked, he told me 11 days ago today that I should expect my VIN by "mid-June.": That was my revised estimate (keep in mind, he initially told me the car would be delivered mid-June). We are all going through the same thing, so no one here is surprised.

Does anyone know if there's a thread talking about panel gap issues? Trunk to quarter panel gap not what I would expect. All other door, hood and quarter panel gaps look great.

Their manufacturing specs allow 1/2” gap maximum. If any more call them and they’ll check it out. They checked mine out anyway even though I had one gap exactly 1/2” between rear window and back roof glass.

Just got an email form my DA and was informed that my VIN should be assigned somewhere "towards the middle of July." My order confirmation was March 26th, and my spec is very standard, 21s, Zenith Red, Mojave. I'd say it's a pretty big supply chain issue and q2 deliveries are going to be abysmal.

Oh boy, that isn't good at all.

Ordered April 22, confirmed today. Grand Touring in white, Santa Cruz, 21" wheels.

Seattle!

Reservation 10/19/2021 Confirm 12/14/2021 Vin. 4/11/2022 Delivery 6/9/2022 Your confirmation of 3/26/2022 with vin# around 7/15/2022 is in line with my experience. So I would say no to BIG supply chain issues. Or they have been having big supply chain issues since last year.

I guess we wait for the next earnings call for any actual news? Seems suboptimal that that’s the only means for customers getting any meaningful information, but I get the public co pressures

You're not wrong, and yes, I do think the supply chain issues are real for them going back to last year. That's why we're not seeing a consistent flow of information or deliveries, very common if there is no way to finish the car and the suppliers themselves can't give concrete dates to their customers. I'm sure Lucid is in this boat.

Even then the information is few and far between. The last call, they said the delivery numbers and basically moved on not explaining why they were so low. Then all Peter seems to do is bang on about how world class the car is. It can be a world class car but if you can't get things ramped up then it's pointless!

Congrats on a speedy delivery. you must have an inside contact!. I reserved 6 months before you, confirmed in the batch 2 weeks before you but received my VIN 2 weeks later than you and am told not to expect to see a car until July at the earliest.

Lots of white metal roofs. No other colors seen yet.

Edit: About two silver cars in lot.

Yeah, I noticed that the trunk did not seem fully aligned on both sides. Will watch here for more info. The guy goes well it looks fine to me but you are the customer, report it if you feel otherwise.

mine seems to have a larger gap on the left side vs the right where it closes.
