I had to use chargepoint yesterday and pay for electricity. I added 40 kWh or 186 miles of range for $3.23. I think it was $0.08 per kWh.

We don't go to gas stations; have no idea. I think it's around $6.

Arco down the street is $6.04 for regular

SoCal - $6.60/gal for 95. Costs a small fortune to fill up my Escalade ESV

31 gallons x $6.6 = $204 😂
No wonder Californians are buying up Tesla.

I thought my F-250 Diesel $125 fill-up was crazy.

And don’t forget the cars you really want to drive mostly take premium fuel (I used that math when justifying to my wife that the Lucid wouldn’t be that much more expensive than the ICE car I was gonna get over the lifetime of the car - AMG E63 wagon)

Gas is very affordable in the US!

Here in Montreal, Canada, it went to $2.019 per liter on Friday, which would translate to $7.63 per gallon. Premium gas is $2.249 per liter, meaning $8.40 per gallon😂

Mercedes Benz S580 (MSRP $118,000)

21 gallons x $5.3 (Super in Houston) = $110 fill up

Combined hwy/city EPA 20mpg
100k miles/20mpg = 5000 gallons

5000 gallons * $5.3 = $26,500 (Texas)
5000 gallons * $6.6 = $33,000 (California)
5000 gallons * $8.4 = $42,000 (Canada)
5000 gallons * $10.9 = $54,500 (Hong Kong)

All the sudden, Lucid luxury Touring at $95,000, with a lot more HP and is not an expensive luxury.
