My AGT heading towards hurricane

Last week I finally got my VIN. My DA told me that my car has left AZ and is enroute to the service center in south Florida before they deliver it to me in Atlanta.

Starting Tues most of the state of Florida and maybe Georgia will get tons of rain and winds. I know I don’t own it yet. Should I be nervous?

I hope they don’t head into a storm either with my covered car heading to FL or in an enclosed trailer when the leave Florida.

There is no way they would send anywhere near the path of the storm to the extent it's not already there. Too big a liability for not only the cargo but also the trucker. Did your DA say when it would arrive in FL?

He said by this Thursday which is why I think the truck probably stopped somewhere before Florida given the conditions.

Congrats! In Atlanta also, and got the VIN call last week. Although, I was told mine was just entering "general assembly". Would imagine it's still a week or two out... but they did send the docusign over this afternoon, so I think it's very close!

WOW! You guys are receiving very fast after VIN assignment. I guess this really means they are more confident in giving VIN production rate has ramped up a lot more.

I think mine was fairly in line with the shipping tracker... placed/confirmed my order in May, was originally told around late august, with delivery in September... but in reality it sounds like it got pushed by about 30 days... not bad.

Sounds like mine will be here around the end of next week, of course, depending on what transpires with the hurricane.

I just got word that my car is not in Florida after all. It’s in a facility somewhat (he doesn’t know where exactly) where it’s safe until the weather is better in Florida to head to west palm beach. Maybe this weekend or Monday.
