A license plate wrap interests me. Do you apply the license plate wrap before or after paint protection film? thanks.

You should do the PPF ASAP to protect the car. If you wait, there's the small chance that the car will get a chip/scratch before you can have the PPF applied. That will automatically make the license plate wrap AFTER the PPF as it will take a while for you to get your plates and then the license plate wrap.
