Lucid and Plaid will not store your credentials. They’re used only in that moment to communicate with your bank and are encrypted in transit - Plaid cannot read them. Once you’re authenticated, Plaid receives a token that they then can use for a limited amount of time based on the requested permissions. In the case of Lucid, I believe they’ll only have access temporarily in order to process the payment and after that the token expires.
