A recommendation to lucid: please improve the service reservation system. I never get confirmation of my appointment and I never get a call or text confirmation the day before.
I currently have an appointment for tomorrow that I made 2 weeks ago and I'm gonna roll the dice that someone will be there at Plainview service center. Maybe I should have been proactive and made a call earlier.

You have to call in to confirm. I dropped mine to plainview last Thursday. I reached out to Brain over there on Monday and they first told me I wasn't on the system even though the app listed it as a confirmed appointment.

I made the appointment over the phone- I don't see it reflected in the app. That would be cool if it were coordinated that way.

My point is you shouldn't have to call and confirm. I know EV manufacturers are all about upending the system, but a courtesy reminder or check in from the scheduled service center is expected and frankly it's automated by every other car brand, luxury or not. It would have sucked to make room in my schedule, drive out for 45min to an hour and then back just to find out they hadn't confirmed. Luckily everything was fine- the center picked up this morning and they were great to deal with.
