We are experiencing an outage with our cloud system that is affecting use of the mobile app and some connected services in the car. The outage is due to a cloud certificate expiring and being replaced by a new certificate that is not functioning properly.
The team is working on issuing a new certificate and expect this to be resolved within 60 minutes. We will continue to send updates via email as needed.
