What is the extension of your image? It may also be too big.

if you’re on an iPhone just take a screenshot of the image you want, then edit it in photos app, then you should be able to upload it. That’s what I did, it didn’t work any other way.

I got it. Thanks to you all for offers to help with my image. While it's not as clear as I'd like, it works. The avatar shows my brand new garage ready for it's new occupant. I just had the garage drywalled, painted, epoxy floor, and new cabinets arriving tomorrow. Sheesh, all that cost nearly as much as the new car!
