I haven't received 1.2.10 yet, but the onset of my incident yesterday was similar. I was listening to music on Spotify. When I hit a cell phone dead zone (of which there are many in my area), the music went into pause mode. When I reacquired a cell signal I hit the play button on the music display, which was still showing the song to which I had been listening. (Sometimes the music will resume on its own in this situation; sometimes I have to hit "play".) The first press of the play button did nothing. I pressed it again, at which point the right panel of the Glass Cockpit blacked out. I continued driving and a few miles later tried to switch drive modes, only to find the Pilot Screen (which was still displaying) was frozen. I continued to drive for a few more miles, at which point the A/C suddenly went off. I thought it might come back on momentarily, but it remained off for several more miles, during which the cabin became so hot I had to lower the windows. When I reached a point where I could safely exit the car, I tried a reboot. The reboot did not restore any functionality. Only when I made it home and left the car in the garage overnight did the functionality return.
Customer Service really pressed me on whether I might have been listening to Tidal when this happened. Their questions suggested that they thought streaming from Tidal (which I wasn't) might have been relevant to the malfunction.
