I just did my first drive on a seriously slippery road, and the car did fine on 19" wheels with the factory all-season tires.

We visited friends in rural Vermont where the last few miles to their house is unpaved roads up into the hills. We had been watching the weather, afraid that there would be too much snow for the Lucid's ground clearance. When we saw that no snow was predicted, we did take our Air instead of our ICE vehicle. And discovered that instead of snow and ice to deal with, mud season has started already. The car slipped around a little bit, but I think the heavy weight actually helped. Others arriving in a rear wheel drive car barely made it up the hill. Lots of Volvos, Subarus, and pickups in that area.
