Issue with phone call

Does anyone have this issue?
When I call my wife while she is driving, I can hear my voice over the phone after 0.5 sec.
While driving, the level of hearing my voice is small, but I can hear the motor sound more.
While the car is at the stop, the level of my echoing voice is much higher like someone actually repeating what I say.
I'm just wondering if this issue is only with my car or all fleet.

Yes. My wife reports hearing her voice echo when she calls me and I'm in the car. I have no problems hearing any echo from inside the car. I've found that if I turn the volume down, the echo goes away for her. It's a bit of a balance to turn it low enough to avoid the echo but still be loud enough for me to hear easily. This definitely could be better.
