No voice through Apple CarPlay phone calls

When I make or receive calls through CarPlay there is no voice. They can hear me but I can’t hear anything. Anyone seen this ?

Go into setting and turn the volume up on your phone. This happen to me.

Thank you, I tried that but didn't work, ended up calling customer services, they walked me through restarting the power on the car by going to the Gear icon for setting in the car in going to --about-- and then kept pressing on the word Air on the right for 20 seconds and that restarted the system and it worked after that

An issue I’ve experienced and find that I need to point iPhone to CarPlay, not LucidXXX Bluetooth link.
