We do have V2L on the Genesis but haven’t used it yet.

I tested the internal 2kw and the 1.6kw ccs adapter and they worked. I don't know if they work at the same time on ioniq 5

I'm under the impression that alot of outages are due to an "abundance of caution" whenever there are high wind conditions. This sprung from recent litigation that found the power companies liable for devastating fires in NorCal due to downed power lines. I feel a little of this is reasonable and alot of it seems like retaliation. All the more reason for V2H.
On the bright side, California has doubled its battery storage capacity in the last two years...
