What would you do? Drive System Fault Followed by a Recall (all within 7 months of ownership)?

2024 Lucid Air
Hi all - I am looking for guidance on how to handle Lucid's horrendous service record since buying a Lucid Air seven months ago. At 547 miles, the car stopped working and had a "drive system fault". Took 19 days for Lucid to fix the issue and the service team was incredibly unresponsive in Millbrae. Five months later, received a recall notice for the same issue. Has anyone experienced this issue? Lucid was awesome to deal with through the buying process. Sales team was super responsive and helpful. The second we owned the car - service was unreachable and incapable of solving the technical error. Fast forward to today, got a recall notice and service was yet again unreachable. So incredibly disappointed with the Lucid experience.

That is unfortunate. But I'd try to find patience and deal with it.

I had patience over the summer when it took Lucid 19 days to fix our Lucid Air - this is the second time there has been a major problem less than a year. The lack of responsiveness from the service team is unacceptable. I'm venting here, but so annoyed. To make matters worse, they set me up with a rental car at Enterprise Rental Car only to get a call from Enterprise that they didn't have any cars available because of the holidays.

The recall may be unrelated to the drive system fault, fwiw.

I tried to respond on the other thread, and I'll close this one in favor of that one just to keep it condensed.
