What material is the dashboard?

Does anyone know what the fabric material is on the dash? I would like to get a piece and cover the backside of the pilot panel, as it creates a reflection on the windshield. I could probably use black felt or something similar but I figured I'd try to match the dah first.

Well, the leather part is Alcantara, but what about the fabric part?. The bottom part in blue outline.

Leather isn’t alcantara. Alcantara feels like suede, and is what that area is iirc.

I'm assuming you mean you want to cover the back of the dashboard, not the pilot panel. It does get pretty warm back there… I wonder if covering it with material will reduce its ability to radiate heat.
