Service wait times?

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a test drive appointment to see if the oscillating noise I hear at steady speed is normal. Finally got an appointment on Jan 29th at Millbrae. I am not complaining because this is very minor and probably normal. I hope Millbrae is very busy clearing out the inventory.

Service wait times have been increasing. I have an infotainment issue and the first available time slot is Jan 8th. This is in SoCal.

Is that possibly just because it’s also the holidays and people are off? I know plenty of people took some time off at Millbrae.
