Fast charging under fierce Texas afternoon sun with glass rooftop can be a hot headed experience, especially when you have to wait to charge senselessly because others’ inconsideration. For the future, I’ll be mindful of what I post in the midst of frustration.

meanwhile, I’ll be missing my Lucid GF during business trip. But I’ll post other foreign EV culture I find interesting here.

I’ll babysit sit your house as well.

Got and aquarium that needs attending? Dogs to walk? Cat to feed? Sourdough start to nourish? I’m your guy!

I’ll gladly charge it in the sun for you.

Just let me drive that car…

😂

😂 All are taken care of, friends and neighbors can only drool over AGT. I hope there may be more other EVs down the road can capture my heart as this one. But sedan-wise, it is hard to beat this Lucid. (Without software inadequacy consideration)

Have a good trip! Interesting comment about the glass roof. The GT isn't really in my budget so I opted for the Pure but sounds like that might not be so bad here in Tx to have the solid roof.

Human energy is even greener and healthier than electricity. #london

I saw a decent amount of EVs in London when I was there in March including that Honda above as well as a single passenger micro EV from Renault. I hope you are having a good trip! Be sure and swing by Big Ben if you haven't already. The scaffolding is finally off!

I really like Honda E. I want to get 1 for my son. Why can’t they make that for the states? Too far distance to drive?

I suspect it has to do with range. It's rated at 140 miles in Europe and their rating system is usually more generous than the US. Also its a subcompact which I don't think is a huge market in the US. I do like it as well and think it would be a nice car to drive around town!

If you drive gas car, you have to pay £12.5 a day to drive in Central London for pollution tax, better off to drive hybrid or electric. If you fail to pay £12.5, it would be £80 penalty. Europe is moving towards Electric cars with China.

How do people survive?

That is one of the reasons I went for the Pure. Here in greater Phoenix/Scottsdale, the temperature is going to be >100 degrees all week and we are just starting June.

I rode my first EV taxi, 65 miles range, it has petrol mode to generate electricity. It is at least better than Jeep Wrangler in the states with only 20 miles range. It got 6 seats unlike other taxis with only 4 seats. Driver owns this EV said cost him £65K.
