OTA Update 2.6.0

I have the update installed, but the turn signals still seem to come from the area of the cockpit display, without any difference for left or right turn signal. Has anyone experience the signals coming from different sides of the care? Is there a setting required to enable this feature?
You can hear it best when you signal right. The sound comes from the right pillar. Close your eyes (while parked :)), focus on the sound and alternate the left - right signal. Like Bobby said, it's subtle.

Do you have SSP? I have a guess that might be the difference. Just a guess though.

My CarPlay has been pretty solid. Have you tried all of the fixes mentioned in other threads?
Yes, repeatedly.
I'm exhausted resetting and re-pairing at this point.
It works great briefly, then degrades again.

Finished up with tuning the system to taste for the audio. 0-0-0 across the board works great, an adjustment from -2-0-0. Boominess that makes it feel like your head is under pressure in the back seats is gone for even the most bass heavy tracks I could find with Dua Lipa: https://tidal.com/album/192309307?u

Isolated instrumental and vocal tracks are also improved. The harshness that you couldn't quite put a finger on as a non-audio expert is gone.

A fantastic update for the audio overall.

regarding the display of the brake light being on, where is that displayed? I haven't seen it in my car after the update

Whenever either ACC or Drive Assist are on.

Orange dot next to parking cameras on pilot panel???
Letting you know Curb Rash Alert is unavailable (if you tap it). This will be the case when it is dark or you are inside somewhere; if you're outside and it is light out, it will work fine.

Thank you!

Observations after a day with 2.6.0 - things not in the release notes.
Navigation display is better on the cockpit. The street name for your next turn is clearly visible, highlighted in bright blue background. It also seems to keep your sound settings from previous use.
This might be my imagination, but the camera views, both the turn signal and rear view, seem brighter and crisper.
I'm getting bluetooth and phone connection error messages when I first get in the car. But I think it's actually working because I have no problem making a phone call.
I've also seen the car offline more often in the app.

ahh, I rarely use either, I'll have to wait to see that
You don't actually need to turn on ACC or Drive Assist to see it, just press on the DreamDrive button on the steering wheel to activate DreamDrive and switch from the (Charge and Drive Meter) mode to Drive assist visualization, the vehicle in the cockpit will show the status of brake lights and indicators.

This is a welcome addition, though it would be nice to be able to just enable it full time (maybe in a future update). When I had my Tesla, I used this a lot, as so many drivers don't realize that EV's brake lights can come on during regen and think you are brake checking them (and you can get a feel for when they come on after driving a while and checking the visualization).

Not for the current Android app. This feature will be enabled with the soon-to-be-released Mobile App 2.0 for Android.
Is the app waiting for AA? Is AA waiting for the App? Or are they independent projects?
Thanks.
(Any answer is fine, just curious)

I just installed 2.6.0 on my 2025 Touring with non-pro Surreal Sound.

1. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 phone, and when I got in my car this morning, my phone said, "You are connected to Android Auto." Obviously, LUCID added some of the software necessary for Android Auto in the update. They are just waiting for Google's final approval.
2. I am not an Audiophile, but the sound of my non-pro Surreal Sound also sounds better now. The volume control is more linear, and it sounds like all the channels are coming out of the correct speakers now. I have not heard how this update was supposed to affect non-pro Surreal Sound, so I am unsure if my observations are real or an illusion.

Honest question, how do you "Use" the display that shows your brake light status? I had a Tesla and a Rivian and I thought this was the single most gimmicky waste-of-screen-space thing in both vehicles.

Some folks on here from years past have asked if their brake lights come on during regenerative braking. This is a visual confirmation that your brake lights are on. May not add value to you, or may seem gimmicky. Others may find value.
