OTA Update 2.6.0

Hm, I don’t think so. But I also have no proof of this.

I’d love to see it tested! Would be good to know.
I have been told I am wrong and borski is right. Definitely not by borski.

Thanks gents. Must have been a coincidence then. Interestingly, I turned off the Hotspot during charging. And the car switched to cellular and stayed connected 🤷‍♂️

I realize this thread is about the OTA and not about charging. But I'm tagging on to this thread because people mentioned their vehicle being offline multiple times. I just plugged into an EA charger while my vehicle was offline and it would not connect or charge. Customer service told me the two things were not related and that vehicle should still charge while it's offline. To test that theory, I connected the car's Wi-Fi to my mobile hotspot on my phone and the vehicle went back online. Then pulled into an EA charger and it's charging fine. Can anyone confirm or deny if the vehicle being offline affects the ability to DC fast charge at EA?
I can't be 100% sure, but I've been in the situation where I went to charge at EA with no problem, opened up the app and couldn't track the charging process because the car was offline. It's theoretically possible that the car wasn't offline when the charging started but it seems unlikely.

Charging at EA does not require vehicle connectivity. Was the charger that worked the same as the one that was not working before?

I appreciate the clarification.

The charger that worked (and the 3 that did not) were all EA chargers and part of the EVOLVE NY network. I did look at the specific make/models though.

But the one that worked was a different station 30 miles away.
