Lucid Gravity in the wild

Spotted a Gravity on I-280N this evening when driving home to San Francisco from my office in the valley. Hastily captured some video, and now know how difficult it is to get "just right" footage in the spur of the moment. There was a car to my right, preventing a lane change, so I couldn't get much closer. Still, it was my first "live" sighting! Looks freaking amazing on the road. The horrible video doesn't do it justice, but I'm including it here as my contribution to the 'Lucid Gravity in the Wild' page 🤣

nice video, bryway! The way the frame rate makes the wheels spin unnaturally makes it look surreal, like a phantom gliding over the ground.

Thank you for the video!
I pulled up it on my desktop and could make out a rear charge port but couldn’t make out the front of the Gravity very well.

Since eyes often see details better than cameras record them, do you (@bryway) recall if there was another one in front of the driver’s door like in @kajun9 ‘s picture?

I ask trying to determine if it was a mule or one of the production vehicles.

Mule. The first thing I noticed from that angle was that there was a door on the driver-side front fender, as well as the driver-side rear. I made a point to spy that! I just wish conditions were better (like if I'd had a passenger to use my camera to zoom in, take landscape video etc.) I'd have followed it wherever it was going haha!

Well thank you for checking for that first.
Bummer, that means by my count we only have one confirmed sighting of a production Gravity by @borski so far via this forum. 😔

Pretty sure @AirDoll was first but that's cool.

I love how the Gravity has literally as much ground clearance as the Santa Fe next to it and slightly less than a literal truck... what happened to it being a minivan like so many said?
It’s on low mode, I’m sure thy left it on low after I was driving it around… sorry! I ruined the picture.

When you put it in sprint it defaulted to low, but standard and high were both pretty high up compared to the picture you are seeing. See below: (on standard height I believe)

To me, the Gravity looks much more contemporary and less forced than the Rivian.

Do you have more photos to share, from the rear maybe?

If that's low mode, then what the heck did OoS have it in next to an IQ? 😀

I concede that I have no idea what I’m talking about! All I know is it was fun to drive and it looks amazing! The car has magnificent curb appeal, and definitely has all the tenants an SUV.
There are five heights. Smooth and Swift default to Standard, and Sprint defaults to Low.

The heights are: Highest, High, Standard, Low, Lowest.

The OOS video had it in “Lowest”
