As posted in another forum, I am already starting to see every one of my charging sessions being billed to my cc. It's just 3 months since I took delivery. It started when we were asked to add CC to the wallet
What's worse is, customer care thinks it's normal. They only have free charging for 2 years but apparently with a 1000kW limit. I however check and see that I have not even crossed that limit and yet I am billed for every charging session. Has anyone faced the same issue ? Hate such lack of transparency. Erodes trust in the brand.

Do you have proof that you had free charging? If so, customer care should be able to refund you the costs.

The proof is the sales rep confirming over email that the leases include EA charging free for 2 years. It just seems like a scam if they just change rules and put the onus on the owners to prove otherwise

I was told free charging was no longer included from MY 2025 and on when I took delivery in Feb. Seems like your SA was mistaken (if you have a '25).

Lucid started charging me at EA after 6 months and 600 kwh. I called and emailed customer service and even got an email reply confirming that yes I am still within the allowance. They also promised me refund within 10-14 business days. That email response came on June 16. Since then - no refund and no further communications from Lucid despite my repeated emails. The problem still remains unfixed as I've tried to charge couple of times after that and still my card is getting charged through Lucid. I don't know what to do... Should I give up? The remaining 400 kWh is just roughly $200. Maybe Lucid is so desperate that they are trying to scratch everything they can?
