That's my point.
I carefully chose OFF TOPIC sub forum. I was shocked when mods started to delete my posts (which I have quite few screenshots of) and changed my title thread).
I think OFF TOPIC should be changed to ALMOST OFF TOPIC, KINDA OFF TOPIC, or MODS APPROVED OFF TOPIC.
Apparently, connecting Jaguar to DEI fiasco is a no-no.

Off-topic does not mean “anything goes.” We have guidelines for a reason. This sub forum is not X (formerly known as Twitter) or BlueSky or whatever your other favorite medium is. Those exist, and you’re free to post your Jaguar and Bud Light comparisons, political posts, or anything else anywhere else.

Jaguar is off-topic from Lucid. That’s fine.

Politics is not allowed, especially on this thread.

As I mentioned, I think we’ve been very clear. If you do not, I’m sorry for that. But any future posts about things that are not Jaguar are not likely to remain.

I know Animal Farm well. One of my favorite novellas. Thanks for the unnecessary condescension though.

As for why:
a) because this is not a political forum;
b) because we are not the press, nor are we the government. we are merely a social club which would like to remain inviting to all, and politics is not inviting, but divisive;
c) because it has nothing to do with agreeing or disagreeing with you; you have absolutely no idea what my political opinions are. you just think you do, and we likely agree on some things more than you’d think. over a beer, I’d be happy to discuss politics. this is not beers;
d) because we have asked you nicely at least half a dozen times, and now you are standing in the corner of the room screaming about how unfair it is that we’ve asked you not to discuss politics at the dinner table while everybody is just trying to eat and have a good time. that’s your prerogative, but I’m pretty done being nice.

I saw that. Not sure if trolling or it may have another meaning? Maybe they are buying Lucid tech to power their EV line?

Over the year Jaguar has done that, they became known as having the finest engineers, capable of takin the finest engineering and make it unusble. I know from experience having 3 of the XKE models.
