That's why I don't have one yet.Not to be catty, but that HOV sticker really spoils the effect...
When you have to go so far as to call lime green tolerable, you know the sticker is uglyLooks even worse on an infinite black...
There are films that will tone that bright yellow to a more tolerable lime green but I agree with you Amster. I drive slower but with more dignity...
Yea, i'd rather get a ticket than put the sticker on. Haven't had any issues yet (I don't think cops even look for it, they just see an EV and ignore it)Not to be catty, but that HOV sticker really spoils the effect...
Yes but do most police officers realize that the beautiful "Lucid" car is an EV?Yea, i'd rather get a ticket than put the sticker on. Haven't had any issues yet (I don't think cops even look for it, they just see an EV and ignore it)
Agree. I did notice the other day that there is a huge housing complex (I can't tell if it is condo or rental) right next door to the EA station by the Fry's supermarket in North Phoenix. That ;might be the only housing arrangement I would consider for charging an EV other than having my own garage (which, of course, I do).Yep .... Most owners of cars at this price point probably have access to their own L2 chargers.
My reaction to that sticker was the first time in my life that I unironically used the word “ghastly”.Not to be catty, but that HOV sticker really spoils the effect...
I put mine in the small rear side windows so as not to ruin the aesthetics. I’ve done that with all my EVs and never had an issue. Not to be catty, but that HOV sticker really spoils the effect...
Well yes, but yours doesnt look like a piece of trash that stuck to the car. Besides, you can get it in blue, which matches your car!I put mine in the small rear side windows so as not to ruin the aesthetics. I’ve done that with all my EVs and never had an issue.
In CA, you get a group of stickers with instructions on the correct placement of them. Both rear panels, and the rear and front bumpers I think.I put mine in the small rear side windows so as not to ruin the aesthetics. I’ve done that with all my EVs and never had an issue.
You actually get the same thing in NY, but I ignore them and place them in the windows where they're visible but don't destroy the aesthitics of the car. As I said, I've yet to have an issue over the 5 years I've been doing this. I probably shouldn't drive tomorrow in the express lane.In CA, you get a group of stickers with instructions on the correct placement of them. Both rear panels, and the rear and front bumpers I think.
Exactly. Not only is it visible yet discreet in the windows as opposed to on the car, but the blue does go reasonably well with Fathom Blue. I'm not yet prepared to say the stickers are 'actually' Fathom Blue, but not bad at all. Hey, I'm still happy I got these stickers at all!Well yes, but yours doesnt look like a piece of trash that stuck to the car. Besides, you can get it in blue, which matches your car!
Where was this? City
I’ve had several police pass right by me while I’m alone in carpool and haven’t gotten pulled over. Not saying it won’t happen, but the odds have been in my favor so far.Yea, i'd rather get a ticket than put the sticker on. Haven't had any issues yet (I don't think cops even look for it, they just see an EV and ignore it)
No tailpipes should be a major clue!Yes but do most police officers realize that the beautiful "Lucid" car is an EV?
It’s literally the epitome of EV design. Even random people who stop me to ask about it are like “is that thing electric??”No tailpipes should be a major clue!
