Just trying to get an idea of how often folks do a soft reboot by pressing the Air icon? I feel like I’m doing it constantly.. at least 1 to 2 times a week.

-wireless car play would not connect each time without intervention

-resort to wired CarPlay and sometimes no sound

-since I don’t always connect my cable I also use the native UX radio and today there is no sound.

-why is the mic array in the center of the car. Why is the mic near the visor like most cars? It does not make any sense folks always know I’m in the Lucid vs when I’m in the BMW.

Ok the last one has nothing to do with reboots.. thought I would pile on since I was on a venting path.

Seems I am reboot at least once a week. Any tips or tricks to ease 99 percent no issues?

I reboot about 2-3 times a month. Usually because either the radio will not cut off when I have a phone call or in cases where I have no sound at all. One day I only had sound if I touched the control panel.

Honestly, I reboot may once every 2-3 months. Haven't really experienced many scenarios that needed me to full reboot. Once in a while the audio gets wonky but usually leaving the car and returning after a while seems to resolve the issue.

Every week since last update. Reasons this month include:
HA not working
Carplay not connecting
FM radio not playing
Driver Seat not homing
No sounds in car (includes blinkers)

I have had the no blinker sounds before too...on 2.5 code. I ended up not rebooting this morning without sound from radio.. it just came back on...

I end up rebooting the infotainment manually perhaps once a month, maybe less, because of audio glitches that have already described by others. The car does seem to auto-reboot periodically, so perhaps this silently "fixes" the issue before I notice it, or maybe recent firmware updates have improved it.

I use CarPlay much less frequently now that the native navigation has gotten more polished - so I would be less likely to notice when that fails.

I'm looking forward to this update hopefully coming soon- at least them I feel the consistent restarts might seem productive rather than just getting back to baseline.

Not in months for my Air, though it doesn't get daily use. Last time was the steering wheel reset after all the cameras went out right outside the Millbrae showroom. Then I did the logo reset to get nav connectivity back. Didn't have these issues before 2.5.0.

I've had car for 6 months without reboot. Didn't even know how until today.

Pretty shocked to see people go months without a reboot. I wonder if more recent vehicles are more robust? Or is something I'm doing causing instability.

I've had to reboot once in a while for surround and front/rear cameras deciding not work. Once, I rebooted to bring the surround camera online, and then the front/rear camera immediately stopped working. Another reboot solved that.

Probably about once every month or two, usually for the sound. Since the last update though, the cameras have turned off five or six times, which is more than in the last year. But whenever I've gotten where I've going and turned off the car, they have been normal when I got back in to drive it. So I guess those are resets, although it didn't feel like one since I wasn't doing anything special to reset it.

I only had to really reboot my car once and it turned out that my tint agent screwed up and burnt one of the control modules

Once a month or two, usually closer to 2.

I had my 25 GT for less than a month and constantly rebooting at least once a day for these issues:
- Carplay (bluetooth issue)
- Ambient lighting (roof)
- Intermittent drive system warnings

It's currently at the service center being looked at so hopefully they'll clear it up for me.

I reboot once a month. Mostly because infotainment gets sluggish, and the various false camera alerts become more frequent. It's like a Windows OS restart in the past to clear memory and cache and stuck threads.

My wife does a logo reset 1-2x a week (just last Saturday when I was driving). They are always related to some sort of audio issue including the HFL. '24 Air Pure built in May.
