Home Charger ship date moved 3 times

'25 Touring Cosmos Santa
Ordered Charger 11/1/24, order indicated ship date of Nov 20th.
On inquiry Dec 1 was told ship date of 12/15.
Then was told 1/15/25.
Today I am told 3/15/25.....

I purchased this charger almost 90 days ago. i paid thousands of dollars to upgrade my electrical service, install a new panel, etc
Today I had the pleasure of holding for 30 minutes for customer care. What a frustrating experience. "Luxury Brand" huh?
 
No idea if it would help, but have you asked if your local service center has one available?
Also the Grizzl-E Ultimate would get you the same charging speed if you wanted to just cancel your order and get a charger in now.

That is frustrating for sure. Not going to try to make excuses, just offering some alternatives.
 
I have one in the classifieds brand new for $700 if you need one right away.

I had not thought to ask Service Center - good call. Luckily I can get by with L1 for now, I don't drive much and have access to a neighbor's L2 if needed. Thank you
 
Where are you located? If you're in the metro Seattle area, you can have mine, and then give me yours when it arrives. Mine is just lounging about in Sammamish waiting for its new home to be built.
 
If it’s any better mine stopped working in October and still getting the run around trying to get them to replace it :)

Their online ordering system outside of the car is absolutely abysmal. I had to reach out to my sales rep to get an update. He had to go to their weekly standup and get details on what was going on. This was 4 months ago when it was the same issue with getting this delivered.

Honestly, I'm mad at myself for getting this charger since it's not compatible with any of NJ's electric discount incentives. Lucid has a great car, but everything else really needs work. Not sure if Altanta area has them, but make sure you check with your electric provider to see if they offer off hours charging discounts and if the Lucid charger is considered acceptable.
 
hi All - I received my charger this past week. I think MC16 had something to so with that - or coincidence. Anyway, problem resolved .Thanks to all
