Climate (fan button) --> steering wheel looking thing

2. probably once a year for cabin filter, maybe clean out the underside? Haven't heard much from Lucid about that though!

Annual or as needed, but they want to see it at least once a year.

Nearly 6 hrs from me, with good traffic. And when is traffic on I-95 ever good? A Philly service center would be excellent for we tri-state folks.

I think you and @beancounter are possibly the first Midwest Grey’s to get produced. Curious to hear how long it takes to get from your VIN confirmation to being done with PDI and available for pick up in Chicago (or delivery to you). Hollis Luxury Auto Services is a body repair shop. What happened to your car? I guess this is a contracted repair location until Natick opens up this fall.

In Dallas/Fort-Worth. I was told by the DA that the car gets shipped form Scottsdale.

My service concierge advised me one year or 12k males. He didn't know what the cost is and what is exactly done given that no cars have reached those milestones yet.

Yeah cuz my car was delivered quite dirty they had Hollis do a full detail, which is right around the corner from their 230 Eliot street address. The address on the invoice does say that it’s a Lucid service center so maybe it’s a temporary location until Natick is ready?
