Frunk mishap

Had a close call today. I was preparing to return from a weekend trip. Stashed my golf clubs and my wife’s very overstuffed weekend bag in the trunk. Put my slightly full bag in the frunk. Held the fob button and it started to close. Thought it had latched but when I looked down, I saw a slight gap. I felt underneath to see if it could be lifted and manually closed when the latches made a second attempt. Got one black and blue fingertip as a result, but I cringe at what could have happened if my fingers were farther into the gap when it latched.

Think before sticking fingers where they may not belong…
