Occasionally when I can not get the door to open wide enough, shoe rubber would scrape the Tahoe colour themed door pocket and leaving a faint mark.

Is there any gentle cleaner or colour matched leather polish I can use to clean or cover the stain?

I'll let you in on a little secret closely guarded by Big Soap...
Most cleaners out there are just soap and water in a different colored bottle.
A damp microfiber and a single drop of dish soap will clean that just fine. A shoe mark is just dirt held on by oils picked up from roads/sidewalks. The surfactant in dish soap bonds the oils to the water in your cloth and frees the dirt. Lightly apply any no-color leather conditioner on leather afterwards to replace the natural oils lifted out by the soap.

That’s detergent, not soap, but I digress and your point stands haha

Yes doc, soap is detergent but not all detergent is soap. Somehow some of us call dish soap dish soap even though it isn't :p

While this is totally car unrelated, I had some black marks on my grey running shoe toe areas (maybe from brushing against car tires so possibly related) I've been unsuccessful in removing/making look better. Never thought to try dish soap (in my case Dawn). Tried after your post and It worked! They are gone. Thanks!

I use Chemical Guys leather cleaner with a microfiber cloth on my vehicles' interiors. Works great, even on lightly stained carpet - I curse Santa Cruz tan carpets!!! You should also periodically clean your steering wheel. You'll be amazed how much dirt / gunk comes off!!

I wonder if it's just water...LOL, I mean I also use the same stuff, but still.

Thanks for all the replies and tips, was much more than I have hoped for 😆
