Yesterday, I noticed that when I walked by the car, it didn't unlock as usual. So I made a point of walking up to it to unlock it, but it didn't work. Reached for the keyfob and pressed it: nothing. This led down to a rabbit hole, learning that the only way I could lock/unlock the car was via the mobile app (hit unlock on the screen) Fobs don't work (not even when touching the B pillar - yes, put in fresh batteries), and keycards don't work either. Consistent with this finding is that I can't unlock it by pushing on the door handle either. Reported to service, waiting in the scheduling call.

Is the car out of (12V) battery?

Or, is your car computer dead? Maybe you can't tell because you can't get into your car. That's my nightmare scenario!

I can get into the car by unlocking it via the mobile app. Once I'm in, it works normally. It is if - somehow - all NFC/BT sensing capability (for this purpose) would've disappeared. But BT audio works, last night when I was on the call with Lucid the car picked up the connection and BT audio got restored after the hard reset, too.

So, you 12V battery is good, the car computer seems good, but FOB, Mobile key, and valet key don't work. You got entry by using the App. Did I get that right?

That is correct (to be precise: I see no signs of the 12V battery being on the fritz but didn't measure voltage or anything like that)

Are your fobs and mobile key showing up under your profile in Settings?

You'll probably need a new CCC module.

They do. I would try to reinstall both, but now I am too scared to lose access altogether

Mobile service is scheduled for next Monday - I'll let you know the verdict..
Quick update here, and I'll post this separately also: OTA Update 2.6.0 came in sometime last night. I hit update when I noticed it in the morning, and after about 30 minutes - when the app said the process was at 12% - it failed. Since then, I lost my turn signal green arrows and the clicking sound .. but the external turn signal works, and the side camera also comes on. Moreover, I have two new warning signs on the dash: a generic warning triangle and a "buckle up" sign. (While my belt is connected) a 'I'm not sure if these things are related, but if the root cause of losing all keys turns out to be SW-related, there is a chance.

Do you have a service appointment scheduled? Something is wrong!

OK ... when it rains, it pours, it seems: now the State of Charge value is different on the dashboard vs mobile app, which also 'blanks' on 'Time Remaining' to reach the preset charging limit. TBC, the app is otherwise functional: I can lock/unlock the vehicle, etc.

This mirrors 100% my current experience. Unfortunately for me CS was completely useless. The person I spoke with yesterday sounded like she'd be somewhere else and I was a nuisance. I tried calling today and requested a call back without any luck. I am on another call 10mins in waiting still waiting for CS to pick up.
