Mobile Key & Valet Card Issues

Picked up my Air Touring yesterday and having a few issues already.

I set up the mobile key in person but am now getting an error message on the app of: "Passive Lock & Unlock disabled. Operate locks manually" I tried deleting and pairing the mobile key via the app & vehicle again without success.

The physical "valet cards" don't lock/unlock the car when placing above the driver's side center pillar camera as the owner's manual and videos recommend. When I look at paired keys, there are just the fobs and mobile key shown and no physical key cards?
 
So good news is I figured out the passive lock/unlock features.

Bad news is still have the issue with the valet cards. Any insight is appreciated!

You won’t see paired fobs or cards; what you mean is pairing them *to a profile* and not *to the car*. Only Lucid service can pair new fobs/cards to the car. You need to call service to fix your cards.
 
Update:

Mobile service technician came out and attempted to pair my old cards and 8 new cards. Worked on it for about 3 hours without success. They think it's an issue with a recent software update and plan to come back out once there's a solution.
