Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Touring

Interesting.. last week I was told by DA to expect delivery this weekend on Saturday.. but this week sent him 3 emails and no response.. this is also for Houston TX delivery.. VIN got assigned early Feb.. it's bothering me that he won't even respond.. now reading this Im wondering how much longer it will take... Maybe due to 7500 credit many upgraded to Touring and now there's a bottleneck.. anyone else having their DA go silent on them?

I typically don't have any issues contacting my assigned DA, we do correspond via email, but if I need to talk, I use the calendly link to schedule a 15 minute call. If they don't call you, then I'd start going up the chain.

Good to know.. who is up the chain from the DA?

I would try your HQ inside sales advisor (the person you first talked to when making your reservation). Also the Houston delivery center if you believe your delivery has been queued.

Thank you...I had called the Houston center today and they said they'll call me but no response...I just setup a call with the DA... If I don't get him tomorrow I'll escalate to SA

Same boat here, got the VIN on the 15th, delivery in Houston, but probably won't see it well into next month.
Yup, my DA is expecting the actual delivery to be mid-March or late-March. This is probably because I live in AL. LOL. At least my DA is talking to me!

Also, I'm happy that Lucid is delivering more and more cars each day! happy as LCID holder.

Same here but in VA. Radio silence for the last 5 days.

I've had luck simply calling the studio and talking to whoever happens to answer the phone. Tysons Corner has been fantastic to deal with, I'm getting home delivery, but was originally assigned there for pickup, so that's the location I've been dealing with.

The DA I spoke with yesterday indicated that cars sitting at the factory pending shipment to either Goose Island or Coldwater for inspection are prioritized based upon how "far along" they are with the purchasing process. I was assigned a VIN on 2/11 and confirmed the car was through production on 2/14, and only yesterday did they indicate that since my purchase agreement was signed that they would proceed with prioritizing my car for inspection.

Good to know... I've had my bank pay them and I've also made my down payment to Lucid so they should then have all the funds and prioritize my delivery. I'll call the Houston service center again.

I called HQ a week ago and they said they had my "design" already built and waiting with my change from the Pure to Touring. Was told could have the car in 2-3 weeks. I confirmed Touring on the 16th and received my VIN on the 17th. Since then nothing. I did just receive an invite to Tyson's for the new studio opening for this Sat. We shall if I hear anything before Sat or not.

Tysons sent out a new studio invite? That studio has been open since last spring. Would you mind sharing any additional details?

They are opening a new studio along with the one inside the mall. The new location from what I was told will also be a service center and take over doing deliveries as well.

Where is it located?

It supposed to be in the lower level of what used to me Macy's.

I love this! Tysons is my "Home" center until King of Prussia opens up but I didn't get an invite. I would have driven down on Saturday for the opening. I guess I'll have to wait until KOP is ready. Big footprint for the DMV area. Lots of money and potential customers.
