Did you receive the email indicating that you car is hardware ready once you receive the update? If so, then you are good to go. Previsolsy, it was pointed out that 2024 and earlier were impacted by other members. However, I would only be speculating to give you an answer to your question.

Post this 2.5 update, my Surround View Cameras, which used to turn off after 6-mph, now have reverted back to turning off after 15-mph. I definitely appreciated that quicker turn off. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Had a different issue twice today, my surround & park assist cameras would not turn on. I got a prompt in the first instance that the cameras weren’t available and the second time that they were initializing, but never turned on. Did a logo reset and it still persists.

I’ll keep an eye on it but it is post 2.5 and the first time I’ve ever had that issue.

I tried to install this update OTA last night and this morning I got a red box notice on the screen saying “unable to install update…we are checking for a solution to the problem”. Anyone else seeing this?

I had this and about 48 hours later a new request came to install. Second time it installed with no issue.

Hmm @windscar911 , been driving with 2.5.0 for 3 days now and the camera issues have started popping up. Did turning off the curb rash feature fix it for y'all or should I just contact service?

I have not been able to reproduce the issue at all since that first day where it happened in every drive. Curb rash warnings were still enabled.

You got some bad information from customer care. The speaker TSC (tape fix) and enhanced audio applies to all Airs with SSP.

Mine is 22 GT and I got an email. I dropped it off last week for service. Will let you know when I get it back later this week.

I even turned the bass EQ all the way down and it is still too much.

After updating the curb, rash alert feature is unavailable.

Curb rash alert is only enabled when you're in a well-lit area. When I was in my garage the feature was grayed out, but it was on when I pulled out of the garage into the light.

This is most definitely incorrect. Plenty of 2022 owners here who got the tape fix.

All 2022s have the same full SSP hardware. Some had trials for SSP that were later disconnected. But the hardware is the same for any car built that year.

I think the new sound is great, but it's way too loud. I used to keep the volume around 55% for most Atmos songs. Now it's too loud beyond even 25%. Craziness
