I just created a spreadsheet comparing the Touring to Pure and these are the differences I see (cross-posted):

Touring has access to Glass Canopy, Pure doesn't
Touring comes with 20" wheels by default with access to 19" or 21", Pure can only get 19" or 20"
Touring comes with leather (including leather wrapped steering wheel) but can be had with purelux if you want
Touring has Stealth Look available (but not for original reservations holders per the forums)
Touring has soft close doors
Touring has heated wipers (no mention on Pure so assume they just aren't heated)
Touring has Rear and Side Window power sunshades
Touring has power frunk open/close
Touring has ventilated front seats
Touring has standard dual motor AWD, Pure can get dual motor AWD
Touring definitely has access to DD Pro and Surreal Sound Pro (Pure appears to per the configurator but those aren't specifically listed in the itemization)

AWD for Pure costs $5,000, not $12,600. After the price increases it is $5,500.

Yep. Many of us lamented that decision. The seats in the Touring are different altogether from the GT seats. (Different leather, etc.) So it’s not just a matter of not having the massage elements in the same seat.

But the beauty of Touring is having all those glorious options. So the option for the massage would have been nice. Oh well…

It won't let me upload the xls file, but here is the pdf. The highlighted features under the Touring specs are items that are either on the Touring and not the Pure, or optional on the Touring. The one I didn't highlight is the 21" rims, which aren't available on the Pure as an option.

This is consolidated from the specs Halodde provided. I don't have a list of features the GT includes, but off the top of my head from what others have posted and the online configurator: the seats are different (massage plus thigh extensions), longer range (larger battery pack) but also no back seat foot well, glass canopy is standard, 21" wheels are standard, no cost exterior color, dreamdrive pro is standard, surreal sound pro is standard.

Extremely disappointing. I almost canceled my reservation because of it, but there just isn't a comparable substitute.
