My last update remains mid to end of June for VIN. Has your DA provided an update? Mine hasn’t and I’m trying not to be “that guy” by sending too many emails. I don’t want to be told “no soup for you”.

It often is difficult to get a low-profile jack in place when a tire is flat and the car is closer to the ground. For this reason, I carry a 24” 4X4 in my car. Drive your flat tire up onto the 4X4. This typically will raise your car sufficiently to allow placement of your jack.Bah! My front right tire just blew out after driving over a rough patch of road on my way home. On the phone with Lucid customer support, I remembered that I had the EZ Spare and a jack, but, alas, my electric jack is now too tall to fit under the car because of the loss of height clearance from the flat. Doh! Didn't take that into account...
Now waiting for a flat bed tow to my house so Lucid can come out at some point and replace my tire. Guess I need to look for a shorter jack too. Pobably going to have to go manual, unfortunately for my lazy self.

So what is your solution to having a flat? Last time I had one it took AAA 2-1/2 hours to get to my location in a metropolitan area of 7 million. What if I am located much more rural?

You can put in the tire slime as part of the inflation. That will seal the hole ( but probably ruin the he tire). If you have a true blow out ( side wall rupture or huge gaping hole in the tread) you will need a spare. And a Jack. And a lug wrench. And and a chunk of 2x4 to roll up on to get the Jack under the car.( thanks kyserenity) I can count on one hand and have fingers left over the number of true blow outs I’ve had in the last 40 plus years driving in the north east. Is it worth having all that stuff in your car and loosing all that storage to avoid waiting for a tow for a once in a decade event? Only you can make that calculation but tires have gotten so much better. Although I will admit going with the 21s I have increased my odds a bit. That’s why I have the spare rim and tire at home. That will cover me for all local driving, getting a tow back o my house to throw a spare on. Even my pothole encounter last month my car was still drive able until the new rims came in.
A ”fix a flat” repair kit will allow you to pump up a tire and get you to a tire store while hours away from a Lucid mobile van. It is useful on fast leaks, but not blowouts. There is a tire repair kit in my Leaf. Comes standard. Never used it, but it Is there. I have had a few nail punctures. They were slow leaks. When the tire pressure was low or the tire went flat, I have been able to pump it up on the spot without using the repair kit before driving to Discount tire for a fix.
Ruining the TPMS or having gel that the tire store would refuse to work with was true a while ago but "modern" formulations are TPMS safe and either can be wiped off with a dry towel or washed out. Kits with the sealant and inflator allow you to inflate the tire while the compressor pushes the sealant into the tire - no need to remove the schrader valve.
More likely, modern TPMS sensors have been deigned to tolerate the slime.
