Seeking Input from Lucid Owners - Help Us Innovate for Your Needs!

  1. What accessories or features do you feel are missing in your Lucid vehicle?
    Head-up display
    Better speaker EQ tuning
More display dimming option (I think we only have display dimming control over the pilot panel)
  2. Are there any particular challenges you face with your car
DreamDrivePro: Think 360 camera visual could use more object detection visual with LiDAR?
  3. What would improve your comfort, convenience, or entertainment during daily commutes or road trips?
    More audio format support
TIDAL: automatic song pause when "engine"/system is off; the playlist or artist play starts all the way from the beginning when the "engine"/system is on
  4. Are there specific materials or technologies you wish were integrated into your Lucid?
    Did I mention the Head-up display? :D
Thinking about replacing the rearview mirror with a digital rearview mirror (
    example)
Absolutely! Heads up display would be great!

Get the @TWRAPS charger. You won’t regret it.
This looks awesome, ty for the rec!
RE; the knob on the pilot panel
For what?
because I don't like having to reach up to the main panel to select audio, then down to pilot panel for further clicks, it's about 5 clicks to get to a station every time I get in the car which is annoying. I've tried to LS but it doesn't always recognize what I'm asking and it takes forever to respond.
The twraps charger solves this problem too, as it basically serves as a lid for the cavity. It’s great.

Use keep mode. I basically use it 100% of the time I’m out with the car now. It uses almost no battery, keeps the climate perfect, and the car is ready to drive. Zero complaints.
great suggestion, I'll def try this.
It’s a toggle when you select creature comfort mode (which would also work, but write stuff on the screens to assuage people walking by that your pet will be fine).

This works if you use keep mode, most of the time. Unfortunately, if the car does fall asleep, the drive mode will go back to Smooth every time, and there isn’t anything Lucid can do about that.

The starting drive mode *must* be the drive mode used for EPA testing, and so it will remain Smooth. They did remove the confirmation for Sprint though, which is nice.

Like?
more data, on miles driven, post charging info, Sentry mode?!

I've been waiting forever for V2H charging but I'm giving up on that

Btw @borski i tried the pet mode and it didn’t hold the drive mode, just fyi.

Also I thought of something else that would be super easy. Part of the problem with the audio (IMO) is I feel like I sit here and scroll forever to turn it up/down…they need to just recalibrate the knob to increase the volume more when you turn it.

As my 2 yr old would say easy peasy!

Interesting; there is some other thing going on or some other state it goes into. I have found that 80% of the time it holds the drive mode, and 20% of the time it doesn’t.

My guess is it has entirely to do with how long I’m gone for; it likely goes into some “medium sleep” state or something and forgets the drive mode after a while.

Good idea.

I meant to put in the time I was gone for 8-10 minutes but I’ll keep testing occasionally and maybe grab it

1.Satellite radio antenna. The current system streams over cell service, which negates the whole idea of “satellite “ radio. I live in an area with spotty cell service (Naples Fl), and it is very annoying when satellite programming drops because of poor cell coverage. This also means Spotify goes down too, which leaves you with broadcast radio.
2. Automatic trip measurements showing elapsed time and distance each time you drive.

this might sound crazy but the solution to all of these requests or wishes I think is replacing a piece of the trim with a new trim that has magnetic attachment / mounting points that supports data and power. I believe xiaomi Mi SU7 has these attachments and mounting points

From there you can add whatever accessories
you want such

Wireless charger
iPad or laptop usb c charger
Holder for iPad or tablet
add additional screen for the passenger
AI buddy
Monitoring devices or screens for performance or whatever

You can run wild with the ideas

Here is an example

You can do this today with Home Assistant, for what it’s worth. It’s a quick automation.

(I agree it’d be nice to have it built in)
