Parking block or stop

I've tried two different parking blocks, one recommended here and have found that both hang up on the air dams under the front. As a result they have come loose requiring a service call.

Is anyone using something that is low enough not to touch them?

Backing into our garage will be real tricky since I cannot go straight in.
