First, you haven't had your car for 3 years. The GTs just started delivering 3 years ago (starting with @Adnillien). I haven't even had mine for 3 years and you bought yours second hand.

Second, you don't really say what the audio issues actually are. Care to expand to see if others have the same problems?
 
I just hit three years on my DE last month. Please don’t exaggerate.

That said, what audio interruptions? This is not a useful email for feedback, as it is far too general. It doesn’t specify what issues you’re having, any timestamps, any way to reproduce the issue, or anything else that could help identify the issue, much less track it down.

Lucid can do basically nothing with this email.

I highly recommend providing more data and information so engineering can track it down, and rather than making declarations or demands, perhaps consider helping them investigate the issues from a position of working *with* them to resolve the problem that evidently *you* seem to have, because you’ll always win more friends (and solutions!) through collaboration than admonishment.

This is what happens, I get in my car, and random mornings, and I don't get audio out of Spotify, or any Audio Apps, or Car Play.
I pull over to the road, I do the re-set, magically audio comes back.
Then again same thing in few days,
Rinse and Repeat.
Not sure I can explain any clearer, but thats the bug.
And none of you ever pull over to the side to restart your Audio, unbelievable if true, or you all lying.
 
I am not sure if it helps, but this was written by AI, we can revise for 2 years if that leads to a faster solution.

I have 34,000 miles on my car. I have never once had to pull over to restart my audio stream.
 
The only audio issue I has is on the apple carplay side and happens on both my vehicles. I have a weird habit of answering calls and switching from car audio to phone ear speaker. Once the call ends there’s a decent chance that all my audio for CarPlay goes through my phone instead of the car speakers but again this is a CarPlay issue from what I gather.

Me either. Last time I reset the car was for weird visuals on the Nav screen a few weeks back but before then it has been months since resetting the car.

If you really want to be useful then you need to provide a timestamp. No one is going to trawl through logs based on a "this is happening" statement because it will be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Every time I've experienced a weird issue I will email Lucid with what happened, what I was doing and what time it occurred. If they deem it important enough to look at then they at least have point of reference to go check, otherwise they're flying blind.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. If you don't mind keeping a log of the times this occurs and sharing it with me, I can share this information with our team to investigate.

Do we really need to turn this thread into a pissing contest of who’s owned their Air longer! Embellishments aside, the guy’s got audio issues and wants help from Lucid. I think enough info has been provided in order for him to work with Lucid and troubleshoot.

It's not about who has owned it longer. It's about him misrepresenting himself as an early adopter who has owned his car for 3 years. Neither is true. And not to mention he used AI to write his email rather than actually take the time to spell out his issues so that Lucid can have some real context and try to help him. Those are the issues at hand.
 
Yes wiling to modify request from 3 years to 1.9 years but looks like next actions will be log and report back.

For what it’s worth I always use wired car play once or twice a day. Plug in and plug out I don’t use wireless car play and if I am not using car play I just use lucid native tune in app or native Spotify app. When the audio goes out it’s only the apps and car play I can still hear the turn signals etc
