Took the EV plunge a little early and purchased last week the Hyundai Ioniq 5 in Lucid Blue. It’s probably my transition vehicle to the Touring or maybe more accurately the Gravity. The car has great space, great tech, excellent driving characteristics, and fast charging with 800V architecture. The Limited trim has really multiple luxury features that are surprising for a car in this class and not missing yet my GLS 450 that I sold to get this.
As some may know, this car is very hard to get as it’s pretty hot right now, but was able to get one out of state and took a 1000 mile ‘test’ drive home. 57K MSRP with relatively reasonable 4K markup, as I’ve seen others between 5 to 10K.
Two years of charging free with Electrify America, and I found them to be great Charging experience on my trip home(unlike EVgo).

Overall, highly recommended.

Looks great. Hyundai and Kia vehicles offer a lot of features and value for their price. This and its sister vehicles are IMO the strongest competitors in their price range. I had a 2015 Kia Soul EV with ventilated (cooled) seats and haven't been able to get another car with them since.

The Ioniq and it’s sister the EV6 are great values! Good choice.

One HUGE concern for me is the lack of rear wiper. Please let me know if it bothers you!

does lucid offer a rear view mirror camera?

Seeing out the back window is so 2020. Lol.

Haven't really noticed it as an issue, but its been pretty dry the past few days, perhaps with snow it would be a problem. However, with all the cameras (turn signal video in dash, 360 degree rear) I don't rely on it that much.
