The Millbrae service center fixed it in 30 min. A bolt on the suspension wasn't properly torqued from the factory and had to be tightened, which apparently they've seen a few times before. 3k miles since then and not a peep

Which car do you have? Our Pure makes the clunking noise pretty loudly and consistently. GT does not. This post gives me hopeThe Millbrae service center fixed it in 30 min. This was a '24 Touring with about 8k on the odometer. Christopher Robinson aka based Millbrae service team GOAT identified the issue within 10 seconds of hearing it, and I'm sure would be happy to speak to your local service center if for some reason they're unaware of the trend.Which car do you have? Hi, mustafam1.Hi – I honestly can’t stop dwelling on this. As previously mentioned, I was asked to drive my leased Air 4 hours to the nearest service center just to duplicate the suspension clunk in person, with no guarantee they’d keep it or provide a loaner. I did forget to mention that I waited over a month just to get that response, when I thought I was waiting for parts that were supposedly on order.
Why should I have to road trip my leased car just to get it looked at? Why should I have to road trip my car that’s having handling issues? I mean I’ve literally mentioned how it’s impossible to keep centered in my lane while driving down the highway - yet I’m asked to drive it 4 hours to the nearest service center?! I’ve already duplicated the issue numerous times, both in person and on video. If changing the struts didn’t fix it the first time, then I don’t know – maybe it’s time to look at and replace the steering rack, sway bar, wheel bearing, literally anything else?
Any suggestions on what I should do next or who I can contact? What do I need to do for this to be taken seriously? I really don’t want to be a Karen here, but I’m over halfway through my lease now and still haven’t been able to enjoy the ride. It handles terribly, and the suspension sounds like a toolbox orgy.
I regret leasing a Lucid at this point.
