it's not gone .. you can go there from the web portal (the weblink in the phone app to the reward store isn't working as you pointed out). that said, I don't see the adapter in the rewards store, only the regular (paid) online store. was hoping for a reward order but I can see why lucid wouldn't do that (especially at the start). ordered one.I was also hoping that the adapter would be in the Rewards Store but this morning the Rewards Store is gone. I guess I can be a hopeless optimist and hope that the Rewards Store is closed while they load the adapter.

Yes, it's important to know if you're working with DC or AC as the starting point as that determines which adapter you'll need.Sharing what I'm understanding about this adapter with respect to it saying that this is for DC CHARGNG only. A couple of years ago, I purchased a LECTRON NACS to CCS 'dumb' adapter for use at Tesla destination chargers (Not Superchargers) which are considered AC chargers and don't go above 11-12Kwph of charge. So if I need to charge at Tesla destination chargers, I CANNOT use the NACS to CCS1 DC charger as it will get damaged. Thus, I will now need to carry two adapters- one for AC chargers (Lectron) which are Tesla destination and wall chargers and one for DC supercharging (Lucid pre-order) and I cannot cross use them at all or bad things will happen. Just wanted to put this out there in case people are thinking that they will be able to use the new adapter at destination chargers...please do not...as per Lucid, it may cause damage. If someone interprets the specs differently, please feel free to correct me but that's how I'm interpreting it - two separate adapters for two separate flavors of Tesla network charging.

You could build a very expensive smart adapter with relays to switch between AC and DC but it is simpler, cheaper and easier two have a separate DC adapter that connects to the DC CCS pins and separate AC adapter that connects to the CCS AC pins.Why on earth does the adapter only work with DC? Are you positive? I'm seeing several articles about V4 being rolled out and operational next year that were written in 2024. The site i originally linked to on the first page of this thread indicates V4 325 kw in several locations down here around Florida that are operational.Remember the v4 are cabinet only. All Airs, regardless of adapter (limitation of the Air's Wunderbox). They overcame that limitation with the Gravity and a special design that allows the rear motors to boost the voltage.Is the 50kW limit attributed to the Lucid adapter, or just all Airs? Could you charge faster with a third party adapter at a Supercharger?
